Koru Games are using Sporty for their registrations in 2023.
Many schools may already be familiar with Sporty as this is the same system used for rugby, netball, touch and softball registrations.
Please note; to allow as many schools to participate as possible, each school is welcome to enter one team per grade and if you have other teams interested, please fill out our waitlist form and we will be in contact once registrations close. If you have entered more than one team per grade, extra team's will be removed.
There are four steps to the registration process:
To find your school's Sporty login please click here. If your school is not on the list and you would like to register for the Koru Games, please complete this form.
Click Admin Login from the bottom of the page for your organisation. If you are a new school administrator and you do not have a login, you need to contact Sporty directly at support@sportsground.co.nz.
Once logged in, go to your Dashboard in the top left of the page, then clicking the TeamBuilder tile from the dashboard view.
After launching TeamBuilder, you will see a list of registration forms for each of the Koru Games sports e.g. Koru Games Netball Registration. Click on the appropriate registration form and add your team to TeamBuilder by clicking Add Team against the apprropriate grade. See this support article.
IMPORTANT: Once you have added a team, open the team by clicking on its team icon in TeamBuilder, then click 'ADD NEW' and enter the manager or administrator's name, email and phone number. Then click the green plus sign to give them the role of Manager instead of Player. Don't forget to click the Save button on the right.
To submit the team registration, click the 'Save and Close' button.
Finally, to complete your team registration you MUST accept the Terms and Conditions. To do this, please click the Form icon as shown in the image below and click 'I accept'.
You can view all teams entered by your school by clicking on the 'Show all teams'. In TeamBuilder
